Try deflating the tyre also
Thanks for reply, took a better photo and 03L 906 051A is the part number of the sensor. Appears to be turbo pressure sensor. Talking to a parts person hope they can help identify and it's just the...
Hi all, I'm getting a check oil warning despite there being plenty of oil on the dipstick. Could this leak be the culprit, and can anyone help me with the part number? See the small black tube with...
If the battery has gone flat multiple times it's probably cactus. Even though charge is trying to go in could still read little or nothing at the battery terminals i think.
Still smoking :( So despite reconditioned turbos and a cleaned DPF, I still get smoke out the exhaust after a long drive when taking off at a set of lights. The mechanic has had the van back twice...
Thanks all, DPF survived the clean despite being suspected to be faulty. Fingers crossed old turbos now rebuilt was the cause and solution for this one. Maybe it was just age of the DPF though...
Hi All,
Wondering what are good options for watching some diagnostics as I drive my T5.1? Particularly interested to see when it does any regen and to see any fault codes on the fly. Is it as...
Thanks heaps for the leads, i find out this morning if it's survived a clean or if it has some internal damage as suspected
So it's likely i need a new DPF for my 2012 multivan highline cfca 4motion. Any tips on hunting one down? Apparently the 4motion and 2wd dpf are different, making this a rare beast. I'm in Sydney...
Make me an offer. Pick up Holsworthy or might be able to organise to deliver to you in Sydney.

Just the little T screw things from kombi life to attach to the multivan rails. Then 3 bits of plywood, some hinges and aluminium angle. Getting the shape of the top board a bit trial and...
I went diy :) there is an oem flexboard i think it's called. Yes, most options are imported.
Taking my own measurements, pretty tight but I reckon one on these sizes would fit. Here's another one in a potentially cheaper brand -
KSAGM95 – YHI Power
Be nice to hear if someone else has...
Woops, yeah, can't mount the MF77HRX on it's side. Sigh. Hope I can find a good AGM in Oz, 100+ AH that fits, anyone have suggestions?
Looks like you can get some start / stop AGM's around 90 -...
Hi All, reviving an old thread. According to travels volts here - Leoch Xtreme AGM 110 ah battery | travelvolts he is saying this 110ah AGM:
354mm long x 175mm wide x 190mm high. 24 kg.
Fits...
Thanks Sunny I wish this problem would make me money but think it's going to cost me. No coin in socket, any other ideas?
Many thanks to this thread I found the fuse location for my 3rd row seat 12v socket. Problem is, as soon as I replaced the blown fuse the new one blew immediately. Any ideas I could check before...
Hoping members might have some recommendations for someone to start looking after for t5.1 multivan, hopefully not too far from moorebank. Unfortunately my favourite mobile mechanic is no longer...
I think this is the important bit :
Modifications to the ride height up to 75mm that incorporate a maximum change in the suspension of 50mm, and/or an increase in the diameter of the wheel and...
A few air lift options now that aren't just focused on lowering. Would love it, but think pricing from Seikel will make it a luxury item compared to 2 inch lift springs. Dropping height for the odd...
Hey @Tig-uan for example 75mm Lifts Now Legal In NSW | Loaded 4X4 makes reference to the rules. Sorry haven't looked closely for a while. Maybe I got my math wrong and 235/65/17 + a 2 inch lift...
235 65 17 a legal size in nsw to my understanding unless you start raising the van as well
I think check the CFCA egr cooler issue if this is a T6 with CFCA engine.
Otherwise I think well cared for my t5.1 has a lot more kms now and has been very reliable fingers crossed. Though yes...
Hey many thanks for pointing to that thread. Wondering where you got it from, and if it will jack your van when you have a completely flat tyre?
