I was lucky. Mine flew off as i was going around a corner. I had the window open and it flew in and landed on the back seat:banana:. Used some sikaflex and been holding strong for 2+ years now.

No matter what intercooler you get the bumper and crash bar will need trimming, not hard to do just time consuming. That is a pretty big price for not much piping and postage still needs to be added....

ive got them on mine. the centre grill goes in no problem but ive had problems with the outside ones coming lose i have to kick them back in place everyday when i walk out of work kind of a ritual...

dog bone is easy as. Just cut the old out with a hacksaw blade, its only a plastic casing or use a vice to push it out and the new one i pushed in by hand. Only took me 30mins
