From what I understand, they have ventilated seats, the updated v4 ea888 engine (higher injector pressure, exhaust manifold changes), some different badges and slightly different bumpers (worse IMO)....
It's probably worth mentioning that there was zero indication the maps were loading, except for the led flashing on my thumb drive.. you have to check the navigation database version before and after.
It looks like maps are now available for our MY22 Tiguan Allspace (MiB3).
Seems the magic '(.*?)' was supposed to be 'CT3WS', not sure I'd ever have guessed that..

hehe - "clickety clack"! (also interesting to see that it's written in React.js)

I doubt the too many redirects error is causing any issues (seems to be image-related). I think it's more...
Just tried to download maps for our MY22 Allspace, DiscoverPro/MiB3 and got a 404 - NotFound
(Australia/NZ - 2023/11/27)
FWIW - it was opening the following URL: 404 - Not Found
Yeah, we've resorted to just turning troll roads off.. but that's annoying when my wife forgets it's off and wants to go via the gateway bridge and then calls me up all pissed off because she can't...
For some reason, the Brisbane maps always try to route us through the toll tunnels... even when it's completely out of the way. It's seems the maps were created by the tunnel's shareholders or...
Yeah, that sems quite high.. what's the average L/100km work out to? (ie. could be a smaller tank).
Off the top of my head, my wife's MY22 140TDI Tiguan Allspace typically consumes ~6-9L/100km and...
What was the idea behind it supposed to be? Is it some sort of inert filter to collect nasties, like a charcoal filter (guessing charcoal could react with the coolant)?
Here are a couple of tips that I've learned owning an Arteon/VW that may not be obvious to a new owner - despite 'reading' through the entire manual. Adding them here for easy/future reference.

Thanks, that makes sense.
After a bit more research, it seems it's also a 2022+ Arteon (and Tiguan) prefix. Like you said, looks like a superseding code - for MQB vehicles.
I've been given part number 5WA412331A for strut mounts on my car. Have you seen the 5WA prefix before? Any idea how this may compare to 5Q0?
I bought a carbon fiber boot sill protector from Amazon for my Arteon. Polish brand 'Avisa', who also make stainless 'inox' variants in black or silver. I also have 4x of their carbon door sill...
There's a center speaker in my MY18 Arteon.
It can be hard to see, but I was able to get some photos by shining a bright light in there while moving my camera around - easier to see with motion...
Just found and removed one from my 2018 Arteon.
I manoeuvred it around with my finger and then used needle-nose pliers like Lucas_R - very carefully, was worried about tearing the bag, but it...
Luckily, we ordered my wife the MY22 (facelift) allspace before the 'semiconductor optimizations'. I made sure several times during the delivery delay that it would have all the features - otherwise...
Ok, thanks. Was hoping they'd be usable, but better to know now - appreciate the heads up.
Yeah, I have OEM DCC shocks and bought the Eibach Pro Kit springs.
I'll research alternatives and...
YouTube reviews - of course! The ball joints seem to have good reviews, same with rear strut mounts.
Interestingly this one came up when researching the strut mounts... seems 034 may have a washer...
Yikes! I'm glad I asked - seems I've dodged a bullet with those.
Will get some OEM mounts instead (I assume you mean the front ones). I thought you were referring to the solid metal track versions...
Thanks, that's very useful to know.
Yeah, I've heard others say that the 034 strut tops can be very harsh. I've just been ordering some parts from their street density line (following some helpful...
Does anyone have any objective thoughts/experiences with various performance parts that they've installed on their own cars and who aren't connected to specific brands?
I usually tend toward...
Yeah, I'm the same - people don't expect it in the stealth arteon  .. popping/cracking/backfiring sounds also make me think there's something horribly broken.
If/when I upgrade the...
My Arteon is Stage 2 (RacingLine) with a high-flow catted downpipe (Miltek) going into a standard exhaust.
There's practically no difference in sound that I can tell. The downpipe and connecting...
Nice fix - no-one will see it, as long as it holds ok.
