It may unfortunately be that the tune and the way it has moved the torque curve may not be ideal for your specific needs.

Which tune did you put on Murray?
The 1.8TSI has a substantially more chubby torque curve than the 1.4TSI and with a good tune should be even better.
We need somebody to organize it ... I was just talking about it over the weekend, keen to put a few of the cars on as well.
034 Motorsport is a USA company and their tunes are not tested during development on Australian delivered cars. Australian delivered cars and those in USA are often different in specs.

On the facelifted T-Rocs the Aliexpress dongles no longer works as the plugs behind the buttons have changed.
You can however unplug the battery monitor plug on the battery...
Congrats mate, I am interested to know what OBD11 coding you did on it though. My wife's R could potentially do with some of that too.
Even if you buy nothing, the kits on that link will give you the part numbers you need, as well as a list of all the parts required.

That is absolutely not a GTI.
South African GTIs (being built from 1982 onwards) all had the later larger taillights and the "newer" dash, and no GTI ever had a tan interior.
Somebody stuck...
Have a look here, all the parts you would need to retrofit PDC to a Mk 6.
GOLF 6 5K - PDC Kits & Parts
The only original 4 door MK1 GTI's in the world were sold in South Africa from 1982 onwards. They are also super scarce these days. If you can find 1 (in South Africa) you can privately import it.

Worn parts from a 2010 GTI sells for practically nothing and the hassle of pulling parts off is not worth it. It would be better to sell the whole car.

In the rain you can go 4H to reduce wheelspin when taking off. Try not to use it too often on sharp corners though (this is when you need it most I know :P). On a dry road, stick to 2H.
BTW:...
Depends on whether you have the manual or the DSG really. For both, regular servicing is key, the EA888.3 is a great engine and provided servicing is done when requried can go a long time. Brake...
Welcome, mate. It is a fun little car, I have 1 too. Not without issues but pretty good overall.
VW wants $140 per coilpack, so $420 plus labour of perhaps an hour, say $500 all up. For once the stealer is cheaper ....
$57 from VW each. Saw some online for ~$35-40, but that needed delivery of up to 2 weeks, needed them today :(, so all up $160 for 3 new plugs.
From the looks of it, it needs an oil change...
So, some background on this misfire.
Have a friend's Polo 85TSI with a misfire. Mechanic told friend its the coilpack. Friend was quoted $900 + labour to replace 3 coilpacks.
I though the price...
Thanks, I'll start there (on the left) replace and scan, and repeat if necessary on the other side if the error persists.
Story of my life, LOL ... at least according to my wife
If the Stg3 build on the 2.0TSI is not enough .... I'l love a B58 petrol to take its place
I have a 2019 AW Polo 1.0TSI 85kw with a misfire on cylinder 1 .... have a coilpack ready to go on, but which 1 is cylinder 1?
They are sure crazeeee. Seen some really amazing and some not so amazing stuff over the years.
The Germans are up there too, I saw a MTM built V8 (4.2 Audi) Amarok years ago now.
