Just had the 6 hr trial flash last week and have to say I was underwhelmed until I hit third gear, which just rocketed me off with the new torque thanks to APR. From there it was a great 4 or so days...

GTI mk6 - they took about 2.5 wks from payment to arrival. Emailing the guy in German was interesting. Google translate loses a bit of the message sometimes. But good fun and worth it for the lights....

Ah yes the recode. I was worried when I first fired the car up again and it flashed through messages saying "Check rear left light" "Check rear right light" one by one. I don't recall it happening...

Just received mine today from Germany. Will install them asap. Looking forward to it. I will post pics.

Got a reply back from volkspower re led lights coding, very vaguely saying that he has no idea if coding would work. Sounds similar to another reply to this thread. Since we all know what is needed,...

I have a mk6 GTI and have all my rear headrests removed - including centre. The trick with them is to find the small screwdriver slot, push it in and then lift the headrests out.

I can't tell if it's revs or speed that tightens the Normal mode.
There's no button to change it during normal mode - but you can obviously manually set comfort or sport.

Sport, as I've said...

ACC in normal mode is not just "somewhere between comfort and sport".

It stays supple at low speeds and tightens up with spirited driving.
