The "From Computer" tab does not appear when I select the pictures icon from edit bar for some reason so I'll have to do the photobucket thing.

Thanks M1@4Motion, I hope so too.

Haven't posted anything for a while, so I thought I might tell of my big road trip in the Little Beastie. I left for Dubbo where my parents live on the 23rd Dec. It was a hell of a trip in the heat....
Big Brother is watching YOU!
I use the Penrite HPR15 in the Little Beastie and it is fantastic. I never needed to top up the oil in my 1000ks Christmas journey. Change ever 5000 or 3 months, although I don't really have to do...

I know how you feel about scarce parts for these rare beasties.
Old skool rules! OK!
The clutch plate is Ok, as far as I know, but the release bearings are worn.
So my mechanic said to get a clutch kit to cover any problems that may pop up.
I am putting a 5 speed gearbox in I bought from Mollins/GLdgti and I am now after a standard early Passat clutch kit as the bearing in my 4 speed is cactus, and I may as well do the plate as well....
I'm just jealous:), yours will really put the Little Beastie to shame:(
