Calling all JB1 users..
Installed it today, finally... the car didn't like it.. it starts, then dies in about 15secs.. tried connecting to the JB1 using the software, didn't like it either... can...

Wiper stalk should be one up from off position, well that's the usual case.

Finally bit the bullet and lowered the car. Went for white line lowering springs as I couldn't justify cost of coilovers. JB1 being fitted next week [emoji16]

Nope sorry, all done by a local mechanic friend. I know the hot dog was a 3.5" fluted one. Many who removed it totally said it's abit loud so hence the hot dog.

Change the hose to a silicone ( or better quality one) ... I did 3 things in 1 go, TMD, hose and mid resonator replace to a fluted hot dog one, I noticed the difference in the way the turbo spools......

I didn't do it myself, I had a mechanic friend install it. But it looked fairly simple

Someone with a VCDS cable or OBDEleven dongle should be able to assist. Not really switching it off but changing the voltage of when the feature kicks in so it never kicks in.
