Thanks. Guessing it's more that 0.7V if it flashes the LEDs. It's sitting at 0.5V anyway so I'd be surprised if the extra 0.2v is enough to trigger the badge. My multimeter probably isn't quick...

I've isolated the issue to the reverse signal. I found it gets 0.7v momentarily after moving to ACC. Id guess this is checking for a blown bulb but it's enough to activate the camera mechanism. ...
