I've serviced hundreds of them. You'd be lucky to get 5L back in. Most will take a bit over 4.5L

Swap the chain tensioner out.
Make sure you bleed it up with fresh oil.
Could be just a bit of clutch material.
Sump plug is a consumable.
Also consider the vacuum/tandem pump.

That housing on the end of the cylinder head with the spaghetti of coolant hoses coming out of it, is a likely culprit.

As others have said, 502/505 spec 5W40 will mitigate the consumption to a point.
