Satnav head unit for MY11 Caddy Maxi Life

G'day,

Not wanting to get caught like I did with getting the ANS head units on a group buy where mapping for life dried up after one year, what is a good head unit that includes satnav mapping and a better than even chance that mapping data will still be available?

Strange thing that I can have freely available mapping information from the Appstore for Here, but then when directly approached for mapping say no.

Maybe an car play type unit is the way to go.

Any thoughts, units or tips?
