Maybe I missed it but I can't see an option for leather seats or heated seats in the MK8 list. That's going to kill any chance of my wife updating from the Mk7 Highline to a MK8.

I'm pretty sure leather is only available on the mk8 GTI or R.
Definitely on the R-line I'm planning to order.
On the GTi the "Luxury Package" has a sunroof, heated steering wheel, ventilated & heated front seats, Vienna leather appointed upholstery and an electric driver’s seat with memory. But I can't find an equivalent for the non GTi models.Quote:

VW Aus have loaded the configurator for the MK8 and sure enough no leather heated seats for non GTi models.
