Parting out , Bora v6 4-motion

well here it is , i ended up buying a compleate bora to fix up my one so im parting out everything that im not needing , now this is a compleate car with slight rear end damage and i will be getting rid of everything except
*bottom end (engine block )
*front end ( bonnet, front bar , rad support, bummper support and grille)
*tow bar

now the car is unbelievably clean the leather has no rips or tears and i think the only thing wrong with the interior is the usual mk4 issues like a cracked driver woodgrain handle ,

heres some pics and i will be parthing everything else whatever isnt gone by the end of jan i will scrap as i cant keep this thing arround ,

Back Door Shenanigans.

Im guessing its stock? What year? Any chance you could rip something off the gearbox for me? Its the shifter rod where the shifter bolts too?

Back Door Shenanigans.- let me know what part your after as im really unshore on what you meant ?
dylan -all the trim is perfect , i will be using the drivers side stuff to fix my car but have both the passanger ones , as for the tow bar its only missing the part that bolts up with the ball ( i will be keeping this unless you wanna throw me a crazy offer )

also sorry but made a typo with the number and listed 93 instead of 83 , its fixed now so yeah .... my appologies to anyone that texted and i dident reply

Need to work out how to get it off nicely in 1 piece and I'd be keen.
Interior ok? Need a few bits around the dash/console at some stage too

Yeah I will probably just peel it off very very slowly , the interor is actually immaculate aside from usual wear and tear , give me a text or you want and we can work something out

Its a standard bora v6 pre update , pm me your number and I will send you a pic , can't really upload anything now as I'm on my mobile at work , I do have a photo of the dash

I am suprised more people aren't pouncing on this there is a lot of great parts here , leather seats in great condition , gti/v6 steering wheel , boot mounted 6 CD stacked system plus all the usual v6 extras , the front 312mm brakes are ok hold but if someone is interested in the rears their a great update for any lower SPEC golf mk3/4 I won't bite send me a pm or text or whatever we can be reasonable and work something out :)

Does the stereo surround still have the clips or have they snapped off? If they're go I'd be interested.

I'm pretty sure there's heaps I need just gotta think hard about it.

yeah unfortunately as with 90% of the mk4's out there they have snapped :(

ahahha yeah its always like that but if you do happen to think up of whatever is missing just give me a text or such and i will get back to you , first come first serve so yeah :(

Actually I wasn't keeping that one and I've already got a buyer for it , its sold pending payment , sorry should have made myself more clear (i was only keeping the bumper part)

Is the interior rear view mirror stuffed? (liquid bled out) if it's in perfect working order ill grab it

and the center arm rest. is the leather good? and the foam not dinted in?

I think thats it. Might go look at my car tomorrow and make sure I haven't forgotten anything lol

Well the mirror isn't leaking but it has got a huge liquid mark on the face so yeah stuffed , someone has already taken up the arm rest :(

anyone be interested in the complete awd drivetrain ? its a drp gearbox and i would want a reasonable $1800 for the whole set with gearbox,shafts and complete diff cradle also the floorpan can be arranged to be cut out if its going in to something different

also other things like the
*rear brakes $200 ? (supposedly same as r32)
*gti/v6 steering wheel $350 with the airbag
*rear valance with cutout ( offer )
* sunroof anyone ? ( offer )
*vr6 24v head (complete with coilpack aue code so perfect for mk3 owners wishing to go 24v just missing a block )-$450

and yeah im not afraid to post the smaller items but with larger ones i would perfer to have the buyer arrange a courier or something

also i would much appreciate if someone could post the add up on vwgolf and other forums to try and clear out some more things :)

The Front Bumper Inserts (black grill like bits) on the left and right, still have those? Also what kind of condition are the A and B pillar interior panels in (the cloth covered trim bits) Prices on these bits if still available?

I know there's more bits my car needs but cant think of them currently!

WhO - unfortunately I have sold the bumper inserts already , the cloth trim is in good condition aside from the usual slight sagging in the bottom of the a pillars , I will send you a pm

Didn't notice if its gone or not but for those that own a golf the vents are a good idea to grab as in the boras the icons are illuminated. Popular upgrade in the US, good chance to grab some with everything you need.

i bought a 'set' from a guy wrecking on ebay a while back and got 4 housing with 1 fascia part 1 wire cut with no plug and one of the slats broken :/

yeah mate still have the fan resistor , unshore on compatibility with a mk3 tho , also yeah i still have all the air con vents but someone is enquiring about the passenger outer one already
