Window Tint is ruined by my dog!!

Was cleaning my car today, and when washing/cleaning my windows I noticed that where the dog saliva was on my tint it ate into my tint and the top layer rubbed off.

Dog travels in in the back and the window has to be down 4in as he loves to stick his nose into the air stream.
The window subsequently gets a bit messy near the top edge.

Damage is not really noticable untill you are close, but it is there and probably the top protective clear layer.

So a warning to all you Dog lovers... clean your tinted windows as soon as you can if the dog slobbers all over it!
(and not like me during my yearly clean!)

Arrgghhh...mmmmm doggy dribble...dohh! Put a muzzle on it ;)

We have a muzzle as it is a working sheep dog... and muzzled dont help in the car... they slobber more with one on! and they will scatch the interior up.

Here is a pic you can clearly see the damage.
It is not only across the top just there are also drip streaks down the window.
