Orix Fleet Management and Novated Leasing

My wifes employer offers Salary Sacrificing and they are linked with Orix as their fleet manager. So before we jump headlong into the application, has anybody had good / bad / indifferent experiences with Orix. Anecdotally, my wife heard that Orix can be a pain to deal with, but I like to find out any gotchas before we enter and arrangement.

I am not asking about Novated Leasing in general, no need to go there, this is purely feedback on the Orix org and whether I am better off seeking our own deal or giving the wish list to Orix and using their buying power.
