I'm looking to buy a new car and am considering a Polo. While doing my research, I went to the Australia's Best Cars website to see their ratings for cars (
http://www.australiasbestcars.com.au...smallcars.pdf). For the VW Polo Match 1.6L Auto, they gave it a rating of 3/10 for fuel consumption. The car itself has a fuel efficiency of 7.6L/100km which seems to be better than a lot of cars - yet it still only got 3/10. Can anyone shed any more light on this matter?
Also how easy is it to get parts for a VW Polo and how much would it cost in comparison to your more widely available cars in Australia - such as the Holdens or Toyotas or Fords.
Any other suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!
