Polo 6C 81TSI Comfortline

Hi All, been a real long time since I've posted on here.

The wife and I have just taken ownership of a very well looked after 2015 Polo 81TSI Comfortline as our second car. I know it's well looked after because it was my father in law's and he's very careful with his cars! It's only done 80000km in 10 years and is running sweetly. It had the Driver Assist/Driver Comfort package (not sure what exactly it was called). It has factory reversing sensors and factory rear view camera.

The entertainment system needs a serious upgrade - It has the original touch-screen head unit (and CD player!) which does have Bluetooth, but we need to replace it with a unit that has wireless Apple CarPlay. I'm hoping someone here can steer me in the right direction of a unit that will work with the camera and sensors, as well as be able to access the car's menu etc but provide CarPlay functionality.

I'd also be VERY interested in some front seats out of a Polo GTI if they're easy enough to install - They're just so dang comfortable. I remember the seats in my 2014 Polo GTI fondly and basically refuse to be without some kind of VW Group sports seating in my cars as you'll see below... If anyone has any for sale in or around Sydney (or know of any wreckers that might have them) I'd be keen to know.

For anyone that is interested, since I last posted in VWWatercooled many many years ago (yep the info below is all old), I sold my Mk7 Golf GTI, and owned a 2017 Skoda Octavia RS Wagon for 6 years. My current family car is a 2023 Skoda Kodiaq RS so I've remained "faithful" to the VW Group and the "GTI" ethos in particular.
