Can Somebody with an MFD 2 Please Help?

Hi all

My MFD2 has started playing up. It does 'function', however the controls on the unit and MFSW are non-responsive.

Thing is, the left arrow button on the top left corner is jammed in. I'm thinking this may be the cause. Could somebody with an MFD2 check whether holding this button in prevents the other controls from functioning, pretty please :)
