G62 coolant temp sensor range performance error

Hi all,

Need a bit of super fast help with G62 sensor fault - P0116. Had my suspicions with a high startup idle and rich running but I leave tomorrow for Canberra for an event so the timing ain't great. So the G62 - is that the one in the side of the radiator or the one inline with the pipework leaving the head? I think its the latter and hope so cos it looks easier to get to. I can pilfer a temporary spare off my old motor, but just need to speed things up with some confirmation.
