I need your help! Strange sound when turning

Hi car dudes, I need some help! This is beyond my knowledge.
Mostly at full lock (happens when slightly turning sometimes), I get a loud grinding/clunking noise? Best heard in the first video after 14 seconds.

Happens going forwards and backwards while turning left and right. Going straight there's no noise.

Wheel bearings are okay.
CV joints appear to look good but I don't know how to tell if they have gone inside (not visual).
Steering rack is much like the CV joints, looks okay but not sure how to check if it's gone.

Started out of the blue - when I first noticed it, I didn't hear a sound but it felt like my tyres were flat.
