If you are correct and standard rims are +49 and your new rims are +30 then you are taking the whole wheel 19mm closer to the chassis, 10mm wider...

265x65R17 is only 10mm wider than standard, I’m not certain but I believe factory rims are plus 35mm so plus 30 will bring your tyre and wheel 5mm...
