Total cost of installing RCD330 plus into a 2009 TIguan?

I have read plenty of threads but it appears no one had the exact set-up as my car so I don't have a definite answer yet. Anyway my car is as follows:
1. 2009 Tiguan
2. No reverse camera or sensors
3. Steering wheel looks like this:
GENUINE VW 1K LEATHER MULTI-FUNCTION STEERING WHEEL

Can I simply buy the below:
MIB 6.5'' Original CarPlay 187B + Camera + Time Delay Filter For Tiguan JETTA 6 | eBay

I wont need a canbus gateway kit before my Tigaun isn't before 2009? Also the multi functional steering wheel should work?

I have been quoted $700 all up. Does that sounds right?

I’d be asking for a breakdown in the pricing.

It seems high if all they are doing is installing the unit as it’s literally a 10 minute job. Remove trim, undo 4 screws and the unit pulls out.

The price for the RCD 300, reverse camera and canbus was quoted at $450. The extra $250 to install
