    Seats

I'm keen to find out if the leather seats in some Tiguans are all classed as sports seats and do a better job of holding you in place than the standard fabric seats in my car; a MY 2011, built 2010.

Appreciate any comments as the standard seat I find lacking in spirited driving!

    Thanks...

There is a sports cloth in the 147/155tsi which has a suede material. This may work better for you.

The leather seats are likely going to be more slippery.

Thanks for the info, at least now I know what model I'm looking for from wreckers; assuming all the 147/155s have the sports seats? Cheers!

I see Guy_H has some leather Mk VI R seats in the parts for sale section... Wonder if they would fit? (fair chance !)
