    season's best

Just wanted to wish all you guys the best for the season and new year. Thanks to everyone this last year for your help, info and laughs. It was great to meet up with Sharkie and the others (looking forward to meeting some more local Tig owners next year). Hope the fat man has listened to you and brings you more VW goodness in the new year (2010 Golf R, Passat CC and S3 kit for the Tig should pull me up ).

    Have a good one everyone

    cheers- Clip

A Merry And safe xmas to all I've really been enjoying the forum and have got a lot out of it, including a great service by Jimmy Mac today and my xmas present - our 125 Tig is now a 190 - WHoooHOOOOO. That thanks to info on this forum and the guys at APR, who by the way were great.

So shes set back to stock now, but the wraps come off on xmas day and she's all 190 from then on

The Tig averaged an incredible 5.8 l/100km on the way to Brissy today, mostly hwy, but some suburbia. Amazing fuel economy for a petrol SUV, but perhaps an MFD glitch, we'll see if repeats. There was a southerly blowing so a tail wind on way up though it wasn't exactly blowing a gale. Trip back home not as good, albeit still only 6.5 l per 100 and that with a head wind. I've done 6.5 a few times, so a bit more confidence in that.

    MERRY XMAS TO ALL

I want to thank all on this forum. We just took delivery of our 125 TSI, and your advice on these forums was really valuable. Consumers should stick together like this more often.

My car has done just 500kms. Does anyone know if the fuel economy improves much once broken in? Anyway, the car flies, and I can't imagine what a 190 must be like!

Happy Christmas Tiggy drivers, and see you on the road in 2010.

And Happy Xmas (or whatever you happen to celebrate instead) from New Zealand. It's been great to have such an active forum with so many interested (and sometimes "interesting") posters to check out each day. Hope all those that have Tigs already have a trouble free run in the new year and that all those still waiting are as thrilled with theirs when it arrives as I still am with mine after 18 months ownership.

    Cheers

It sure has been great to receive a great little car for our family and to read all about it on forums such as this.

All the best to everyone and their families and above all happy "Festivus".

Looking forward to meeting up with a few of the local Tigs - see you in the New Year.

A great year for the Tiggy section of VWWC.
Lots of valuable input and new owners.

Really looking forward to the new year.
Going to get my white 125 (to be 190) and have many mods planned for it.
Also going to NZ for 2 weeks in January so that should be fun.

Hopefully we see more numbers in the new year and I can't wait to be able to join the Tiguan cruise/meetup.
Keep up the great work guys.

Have a great christmas and new year and stay safe.
