Drop-in speaker upgrade for Tiguan 155tsi 2013?

Just wondering what are some options for a direct drop in replacement of the stock speakers for a Tiguan 155tsi 2013?

I've found the Focal IS 165VW which look like they plug and connect straight in for the fronts...any other options with similar brackets/plugs ready to go?
