I have a customer who bought Toyota Echo using salary sacrifice scheme and I did a couple of services for him when the car was new, nobody hassled me to agree to a set price all I had to do to give them a call and tell them what and for how much would be done. Than I waited a month for my money, so I told him to go elsewhere. When the lease run out he came back to me with the same car (he sold it to his son), done 110,000km approx. lets say the condition of the engine wasn't that good.
I would suggest, at the end of the lease do not buy the car, get another one.
