They probably sold more V7 & V8 than the previous versions which were copied and posted all over the Forums, until it was stopped.
No one will pay that, you can buy a whole RNS510 for about that now.Tomtom maps are $25 each every 3 months in Yearly subscriptions.

2016 Maps are available to pre-order at much lower price but it will be a month minimum before can lay our hands on them and the quantity limited to 200.

Gentlemen, let's keep it legal, VW is watching these forums as well as our admins and piracy is not encouraged.
I understand its disappointing for VW to up their prices, all we are trying to do by sponsoring the forums is to offer it cheaper.
If VW drop their prices, we should be able to achieve better outcomes too with our suppliers.
