Enabling Bluetooth audio RCD510

I Retrofitted a rcd510 from A Tiguan into my 2015 transporter and can’t get the Bluetooth audio to sound. The phone links perfectly with it for calls and shows contacts etc, but the Bluetooth audio button is greyed out on the screen and won’t play.

Ive been told by a dealer it might need a Bluetooth audio module that allows music to stream, can anyone lead me down the right path?

RCD510 does not come with in built Bluetooth, needs a Bluetooth module. Can’t not recall the model of the Bluetooth module, check for sale section, saw some a while ago.

Would it be the 9w7 module that bolts straight in?
