They sort of disappeared around a corner, but it was pretty even at the start. The M3 had to brake hard for a turnoff, and I think the R36 backed off before really stupid speeds were approach, whilst the ute driver keep it planted ....Quote:

I'm not surprised about the ute driver keeping it planted. The amount of V8 drivers that I've roasted off the line and then I back off at 60, they just can't bear to lose. They have to do the "loser fly-by"....
also spotted a blue r32 i was driving alongside at the end of last week out wellington point way. had a thule roof rack and wind deflector on as well as wide wheels. pretty certain it had a water cooled sticker too...
looked ace and would like to see some photos if its on here...
