Coming along nicely, are you planning to do the runner flap delete?

Thanks! That is a very good question. I need to do some research. If it will liberate extra power and torque without any downside then the answer is yes.

I don't think it would increase power that much that you'd set any land speed records but with the level of hardware you are adding I would do it. the map will need to compensate for it on cold start up I think but Ben will know about that if you tell him you've tossed the runner flaps...

I found a few claims of 10-15hp and about the same in torque from the RFD mod'. I've messaged Ben about it, so let's see what he thinks.

Ben said don't bother with the RFD modification. "They are designed to tumble air into the chamber which is important for direct injection. We see no improvement in power and torque".

But he said yes to something that I know will make a significant improvement in power, torque and response. And it doesn't require any extra supporting hardware. Ethanol.

Progress has been a little slow of late due to delays with some of the parts - KWs, APR LPFP and the Milltek cat-back.

But the TTE420 is in and ready to go.

The Dynodrome 165bar fuel pressure release valve install is finished and the ARP LPFP install is almost finished. Getting close to being able to tune it.

We also fitted the Black Forest Industries DSG gearknob - photos to follow shortly. It is exceptional quality (certainly above the standard of the mostly plastic OEM), looks great and performs better than I expected.

APR LPFP control module. And the Milltek will be here next week. Finally!

More delays from KW. I am very unimpressed with KW Suspension. Their online store states "...delivery time of 4-6 weeks can be expected". The workshop placed my order in the first week of August, almost 10 weeks ago. The workshop is waiting on several sets of KWs.
