Thestu's Vento VR6T Build Thread!

Hello everybody!

Well i have not done anything to do with cars for quite some time now and i am quite bored!

I already have a VR6 golf you might have read my build thread. This car was a lovely car and I had heappppsss of fun with it! lost my licence in it a few times over

My friend currently has the car but it will be back with me in 6 months!

I picked this up off car sales and it will be car carried over here in the next few weeks

I will be putting my BBS RS's on this bad boy too! painting them the same same as the "Primma Donnas"

I've been doing quite a bit of research on VR6-T setups and i will be running a GT35 with a front mount intercooler. I will be running piggy back ECU straight gas vapour injection system. This way I can make better power and get a govt rebate .

Will be running an SP short runner intake.

So basically I will be decommissioning the VR6 in 6 months and swapping the running gear from one car to the other. The motor will be rebuilt, new bearing kit, seals and chains. The head will be done up and i will be running a 258 turbo cam. Because I am running straight gas there is no need for a decomp plate.

I will be getting rid of the fuel tank and cutting the rear wheel well out. There will be a gas tank where the fuel tank was and where the wheel well was i will be running to bit air tanks for the bay yard air ride system.

The interior will also be swapped over but I am still deciding on trim
