Cheers! glad to see someone still gets a kick out of a long winded thread.
Unfortunately I'm back studying this year and have neglected the poor Vento. Spending what time and money I have on the wagon

Yes, it is a full spec OBD2 2 door vr manual from factory. There was a lot over here initially but majority went to the scrappy. Estimate around 10 left in the country and still on the road

Run them as is to start with.

Long term goal is to fit the factory vento rears in again (arm rest, tilt lock, factory no headrests) and have everything trimmed to match. Ideally sporty/lighter front seats.

If I keep these fronts maybe black leather with dark grey cloth inserts or something? long way off regardless.

    Little bit of progress.
Bottom had just been attacked with Apc and wiped to remove bulk.
Top has been Apc, shampooed twice. Conditioner once and wiped, second coat left to sit and soak in. Sooooo much softer.

I'm glad they dont get enough love.

TBH I dont know if I saw any on the road before getting mine. Dont know if thats because I didnt notice them or there is so little of them

I've been struggling to find track/light weight wheels
Battling and failing getting one set of wheels repaired, I moved onto getting a second set PCD converted to 5x100, only to find no one wants to do the big jobs anymore
    Locked in some Oz Superleggeras

16x7et35 5x100 and apparently weighing in at only 6.4kg (will confirm)
Have some 205/45/16 RE003 stashed away. Will probably change to 215/45 up front when they are done
fingers crossed they clear the new brakes!

Slapped the CC seats in the front and the vento stocks in the rear.
I'll do some driving on the CC seats to see if I like them, the upright hugs me nicely. The base is a bit loose for my liking so far.
If they grow on me I'll get the whole lot trimmed to match
