Those pods wouldnt be hard to make and if you took the doortrim off, you could use the existing holes and screws to hold em on. Theyd sound better with a solid unit around em too.

Jettas is sounding pretty phat fella. The 6x9s using the boot as a big bass box help too.
I know this is a little off topic but i found JB-HIfi to do the best deals on sterio stuff, the prices are listed high but i got a $1800 dvd head unit, $400 sub, $250 amp and a wiring kit all for $1900, ya just gotta heckle em.

Anyway back on topic - www.audioscape.co.uk or .com make door pods that take 6 inchers they look a tad odd though, there was some guy in europe on ebay seeling 'doorboards' or summut and they looked nice but u'll pay, thats why im rocking my 3 and a bit Infinity speakers in the dash ;)
Nice. Very neat looking. May I ask where you got them? I found the standard ones that fit the 5 1/4" speakers on E-Bay pretty cheap, but have had no luck finding bigger ones.Quote:
