Just been trying to source prices on parts today and am gob smacked at how appalling customer service is these days. I've rang 3 different wreckers over the course of the day with all 3 saying "mate, whats your details, I'll get back to you straight away". Obviously, times must be good for them as I have had no call back.
After giving up on used parts, thought I'd ring a dealer and ask for parts department..then got a response of "huh, who'd ya wanna speak to".
It's no wonder people are resorting to online shopping and sourcing stuff from o'seas (and usually cheaper).....rant over![]()
