Chip/crack on RNS510

Hey guys!
So a week ago I bought a RNS510 from gumtree of a guy from Melbourne and I'm in Sydney. Silly me, I didn't ask for more pictures or anything and went straight into purchasing it for $700 used. The price seemed not too bad (I think).
But when I received the item, all excited, opened the parcel to find the RNS510 screen has a chip/crack. What on earth can I do? Is there anyway this can be fixed?

Depending on the description and the way you paid you could raise a dispute through Paypal if you used that. If you paid in cash or D/D you are probably s**t out of luck

That photo almost looks like it's a screen protector gone wrong... or something rubbing on it during transport

I's try paypal for a refund if you can, if not for the whole unit for at least the cost of the screen.

You could be right I just noticed the bubbles beside the white stuff Get a magnifying glass and see if you can see the edges of a screen protector on it or email the seller and ask if its got one Did the packaging have any marks on it Auspost might have used it for a football Was it insured postage.. I always check the package before I accept it in case of that. If it was safely packed with bubble wrap it shouldnt have got damaged

I payed them through PayPal but really ceebs disputing anything. May as well fix it... But I did message him and he said there is a screen protector on it. But I can't seem to be able to remove it! D:

Slide a large needle on a very flat angle into the munted bit or the bubbles around it and try and work it off gradually Screen protectors are a bit hard to get off as they are stuck on sometimes instead of just using water and suction
