can you use it as an FM transmitter running off the car power, and without the car noises going, or does it need batteries?
Item SOLD
Used once. As new and still in box.
It's an FM transmitter as well, so you can connect your MP3 player and play to your car stereo.
Please check the Soundracer website (link below) for compatibility - suits most vehicles. I used it on my TSI Jetta and it worked but I got tired of it.
Original price AUD$59.95. Looking to sell this for $50 + postage.
Prefer payment by Paypal (can consider direct debit).

Yes you can. It plugs into the cigarette lighter. No batteries needed.

Use the 3.5 mm stereo cable to connect a MP3 or CD player to SoundRacer to enjoy your favorite music on the car stereo. The 3.5 mm plugs fits in the headset output of the music player and the line in socket under the SoundRacer front. Engine sound is automatically muted when the plug is inserted.
