Front brake hoses for Tdi
HELP!!! I am chasing two front brake hoses for my 1996 Tdi, and I am being quoted between $80 and $120 per side!! Ouch. I am told that the fittings on the end are unusual, but they are the same as the hoses from a VR6 (vented rotors) even though the Tdi has solid. Anyone got any ideas where to go for what I would have thought to be a fairly standard part? Maybe the UK? any ideas welcome the brakes are a bit spongy! Can anyone tell me the correct OE part number, that will help the internet search. Cheers
