Unlocking electric windows with remote..

If I unlock the car and hold the button down, all windows will open. But it only works with one set of keys. I know I have read in the manual about this feature but I can't find it now. Both keys used to open or shut the windows. How do I fix it... I have RTFM... LOL

this may sound silly, but have you actually used the other key to start the car and set the seat memory etc?

Mine does not have seat memory..

use the other set of keys to set up the MFD to the required settings. You should find that the controls/buttons will work correctly after you do this.

Happens on our MKV .:R. Wife changes the "comfort settings" etc with her key in the ignition, when I go to drive it with my key...the feature she has adjusted doesn't work the way she had it set up. I wasn't aware that the key holds the memory for the settings, but somehow, it does. Go figure.
