B6 125TDI Passat - 3 High Pitched Beeps When Starting Car

Hey Guys,

At extremely random times, could not happen for a week, could happen 2 times in one day when I start my car three loud high pitched beeps come from what sounds like the MFD, where the sound for the seatbelt warning chime comes from.

It's like BEEEEEEP BEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP...the beeps are consistent and are all for the same length..

Although, I don't know if still means the ABS unit is out? Because it doesn't do it on every start up of the car, and as far as I'm aware ABS still works fine.

Does anyone have any idea what they mean? I've scanned the car, no lights up on the dash. Just this noise that happens every so often..

Definitely not the headlight/parking light warning light.

My my08 125 tdi did that a few times over the past few months. A infrequent occurrence.

2 weeks ago, car comes to a grinding halt and dash board lights up like a Xmas tree.

Failed injectors......

Someone posted up the other day that VW will replace the injectors as a warranty job regardless of the fact that the warranty period is over. Can you confirm or debunk this, Goose1?
