    WTB: VW mk3 sway bars

    Looking for updgraded front and rear sway bars to suit my mk3 vr6.
    Located SE Melbourne but will travel or pay for postage

    Measure up the inside of your rear beam and find a thick front sway bar off a car at the wreckers that will fit inside the beam. Get the brackets that came with it and weld them to your beam. Much cheaper way of doing it.

    Front sway bar doesn't make much difference on a front wheel drive car but can be handy to fine-tune the handling.

    Fair point. Although have had bad experiences with ill fitting and generic bars.

    Front was more to reduce body roll. Driveshaft has been giving the body a solid work out on tighter corners
