Audi 1.8T F21 Turbo Kit

F21 turbo kit to suit Audi 1.8T engines. Will fit B5/B6 longitude engines direct bolt on. Could also fit transversal if willing to custom fabricate exhaust and inter cooler piping.


Kit comes with:


F21 Turbo
High flow exhaust manifold to suit F21
Intake pipe
BOV/DV valve ( can be used to recirculated or 50/50)
Dump pipe

This setup made 179kw at all four wheels on a dyno dynamics dyno, can provide dyno sheet. Your results may vary as this was on a built stroked engine. Car was running E85 and 24psi, turbo held about 17psi at redline. Turbo has no shaft play and has been running on this setup for about 4 years without any issues. Very good turbo with stock like spool but much more torque and power. Would recommend this over a K04 any day.


This setup can be used on a stock un tuned car and still have some gains but a tune, injectors are highly recommended to fully utilise the turbo. I do not recommend this installed to cars with an existing stage 1 tune on a stock k03s as you will run out of fuel and car will lean out. It may be installed and run safely but pushing the car isn’t recommended. Highly recommend a good tuner as the torque curve on this turbo can be enough to bend stock rods if such an aggressive torque curve is made.
