I’ve got a vibration behind my dash I wouldn’t say it’s all that loud
I wonder if it’s mildly the fuel lines?
Where did you jam the foam?

Pics please, I have this problem in the same rev range, albeit only happens intermittently.

Was meant to get it checked out by vw today, however the noise disappeared between me booking the service and today.

USA Service bulletin for vibrating fuel lines in Golf dated June 2014 (PDF)

This may give an idea where to look for potential fix locations as I'd imagine Tiguan wouldn't be far removed in the way VW designs their cars.

Any updates re the fuel line rattle in the Tig, eg a relevant bulletin, or others with same problem?

Dealer would not look at it in Nov (but I had not identified it as fuel line) due to Covid...

I told my service guy at Doncaster VW about the buzz at certain rpm and they told me it was fuel line and they fixed it with some damping material.

    Just circling back to this
    They finally fixed my rattles
Loose knee airbag and also the noisy fuel lines
I’m stoked car is much quieter now
