Had the pipes slightly angled out in fear of droning, no drone at all. With valves closed nice and quiet for the Mrs, with them open a nice deep rumble. Very happy.

Can I ask what it set you back and how long did it take?

And do you manually adjust the valves?

Hi team, I had a Golf R exhaust installed on my T-Roc 2 weeks ago. Because of the narrow rear bumper, they had to remove the valves. I have not done a res delete.

Between 1000 - 2000 rpm, the "boomy" sound is unbearable as some others have described.

Ive had a hotdog style res installed today and it's made 0 difference - if anything the problem is worse.

What's my next option? Block off the outside pipes at the muffler?

    Thanks in advance!
