There’s options in terms of running larger disc with a relocation kit for the caliper but I’m just going with a 310mm DBA rotor and Forza FP2 pad for now.

Superb 206 runs the same larger caliper / vented rear rotor also.
I was suprised to see that the rear pads are the same for both the larger caliper (Vented 310mm x 22mm rotor) and the smaller caliper (Solid 300mm x 12mm rotor)!

New caliper paint kit arrived today. I’ve managed to locate a supplier for my favourite 2 pack caliper paint kit here in Australia. Had all sorts of problems trying to ship this from overseas previously.

Actually it's BCS Auto Paints: BCS Auto Paints – Auto Car Motorcycle Marine Touch Up Paints Touch – Aerosols Paintpens Brush Bottles For all vehicles

They don't have it listed on their website, however do have it on their ebay store but the colours aren't right. Price is $35 + $15 shipping for 1 kit or $22 shipping for 2. I ended up with the Rosso red for my car and RS blue for my wife

Here's the abay link: FOLIATEC BRAKE CALIPPER PAINT KIT 2 PAC KIT WITH CLEANER - ALL COLOURS | eBay

I ended up phoning them and doing the order over the phone as the colours weren't listed properly in their ebay store. Was shipped out next day so service is pretty good.

Good move with the new air filter - not a fan at all of the foam filters (oily and messy and they fall apart after a few years).

Already got that installed in mine.
I had a knock off MST pod filter in place of the Racingline foam one.
    Definitely hearing more induction noise.
No hard facts on whether it breaths better, but I'm saying it does as a result of more surface area.
Shame that such a wicked looking part is hidden from view in a box.

I have to say it’s a substantial filter element so I’d say it’s going to be good for high flows/similar performance. I had seen the MST adapter for R600 intakes but then this filter came in the market and decided to go this way instead.

Notice any negatives like the rear bunny hopping on uneven roads, tram lines etc?

Had that issue with a previous car with front and rear upgraded swaybars, but they were a lot stiffer than the stock

Nothing to date. I did have some creaking from the rear so will get under and re-torque the bolts. It’s a noticeable upgrade but I haven’t gone stupidly big so I don’t think I’ll be getting any adverse handling issues.
