Definitely you should visit VW dealer for repair, sounds not good!
Maybe CV axle run of off grease , bearing or even lose or damaged Stabilizer bar?

Please let us here now what was issue, very keen to know This taguans are sensitive and fragile as glass

By the look of that tyre you could go around corners slower and not wear the outer edge so much which would put additional strain on the CV joints There was a TP for some noise in front suspension but cant remember what it was for but involved changing grease and stuff

They arent if you treat them right Hauling on the steering while not moving is one of the worst things with big wide tyres and people wonder why racks play up
