Was just reading through the specs of the updated Mazda CX-5 2.5l turbo - in top-spec Akera trim (at $49k before ORC) I reckon it gives the 162TSI a run for its money.

I think VW is really going to have to lift its game for 2020, here are some things currently absent for $3-5k more money:
-Ventilated front seats
-Heated rear seats (on the 5 seater)
-Heated steering wheel
-Nappa leather
-Included sunroof
-Included premium sound system
-Included (proper) head up display
-Traffic sign recognition
-LED fog lights
-DAB radio

Quite a large list if you think about it. Time for VW to pick up their game in Australia if you ask me!
