    Adaptive Cruise Control settings.

At my last service the dealer did an update on the infotainment system, the first one since 2017. Part of the new settings is the distance settings for the cruise control. There are 5 distances, short to long, from the car in front at which the CC will slow the car down to maintain that distance. Now the system defaults to the middle setting of the 5 every time the car is re-started, which is a PITA. The re-set to the shortest, which I prefer, is only a few button pushes, but it would be nice to re-set the default to where I want it.

    Any advice?

Pretty sure there is an option in the Car Settings menu in the Infotainment system that you can specify whether it defaults to the last distance selected or to a specific distance each time.
