Your Passat looks to have indirect TPMS; this uses the ABS wheel sensors to work out if any tyres have gone flat.
To get the display of each tyre's pressure, your would need to retrofit the direct TPMS system.
Parts that would be needed
5Q0 907 273 B - TPMS Module
3G0907538 - Bracket
4 x 5Q0907275F - Wheel sensors
4 x 3AA998275 - Valve stem
Wiring harness.
Coding via scan tool.
Kudatec does a kit to do this.

Thanks. Can the coding be done by obdeleven?
Hey OP, curious if you ended up doing this retrofit? Looking to do it on mine!
Also curious to find out more about it =)
I've bought all the parts to do this on my Arteon - just sorting out some other upgrades and also waiting to find the time/courage to give it a go
Tyre Pressure Monitoring on Arteon- where to see the tyre pressures?
2018 Arteon R-Line - Black, Sunroof, Dynaudio, 20" Wheels, RacingLine: Stage 2 ECU+DSG|380mm BBK|Intercooler+Hoses|Oil Cooler|R600 Intake|Adjustable Front Droplinks|Dogbone Insert|Subframe Brace+Alignment Kit|Propshaft Alignment Kit, Milltek: Zirotec Downpipe, Harding: Front+Rear Sway Bars|Rear Droplinks, Other: OSRAM Dynamic Indicators, EvcX Throttle Controller, 034 (RED) Coil Packs, Various Carbon Bits
2022 Tiguan Allspace R-Line, Grey - Sunroof, Harmon Kardon
I would have done it but since I had to get my wheels fixed and painted due to the pot holes and me accidentally water blasting the heck out of them, I'll wait until I get back from going overseas.
