I have never had a positive experience returning car to dealer.

E.g. no oil in car after service, replaced wrong rubber strip 3 times. Put old brake pads instead of new ones. Put wrong type of oil in engine. Car returned with someone else wheels on it. I am 60 years old and have had a lot of cars.

Hahaha. Those sound like hell of experiences.

What do you recommend?

These days I get all my work done at Warringah Brakes. Family owned mechanical service on the northern beaches since 1960's.
