But in 18” size so the current M&S rated tyres fitted on the OEM rims can be reused (they are almost new rubber) there’s a nice clean set available locally second hand.

FYI I’ve found an interesting site that you can purchase used rims from Japan at a pretty low price (not sure what shipping would cost though)

re: the lift kit. You have to pull the suspension apart to fit the lifting blocks. Why not just get new springs made locally? They can be done at the same spring rate or a bit stiffer / softer as needed.

If you just want to experiment, AliExpress has spring bumpers for ~$30/pr.

Look forward to seeing what you do with it. I love what you did with your B7!
Loving the upgrade from the B7 $36k onroad with 44k on it.
Spec’d with the luxury pack and pano roof. (Maybe the same pack)
Has the park assist, heated massage memory seats, cornering lights etc.
I would have preferred a lighter colour like our old one but this was too good a deal to pass up. Full service history, new tyres at 41k and very clean. There is not a single mark on the wheels, couple of tiny door dings. But the one thing I do miss is the paddle shift.

Not sure if this is a thumbnail I've attached or full size (this Mac I've had to start using is all so foreign to me).

That looks awesome, they really need to offer them with more lift and smaller wheels. There’s no point to 18” wheels with low profile on a vehicle like this, not sure why they thought 19” on the Wolfsburg was a good idea.

Somedays I wish I had a different colour, today wasn’t one of those.

Yes their 19 x 8.5" the cars stance looks good with them. That way I can't scratch the originals
