    Wet Floor - Drivers Footwell

    Hi guys,

After any hints how to stop water leaking into the drivers side foot well? I have cleared the drains under the windscreen runoff and removed leaves and mud from behind the plastic wheel arch covers.

Thought I had it beat but the problem still persists! It only affects the drivers side (right) side of the car.. nothing in the rear foot wells.

    I have a 2011 Passat wagon.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jad

Might be coming from the aircon, check if there any damage in the evaporator well inside the cabin (behind the dash). I had this issue in a Lexus in the past. The water used to come up when ever it is humid and I run the aircon for a long while. Inspect the aircon parts behind the dash to the best you can. I know there is very little space in the Passat, so a snake inspection camera might help.
